The Playbook Vault is a catalog of digital guides ("playbooks"). This site describes each guide; the actual purchase, payment, and file delivery happen on Gumroad, a third-party platform with its own terms of service.

Each guide is a downloadable PDF. Because it's a digital product delivered instantly, refund eligibility is governed by Gumroad's own refund policy at the time of purchase, not by this site.

Guides are for personal and single-business use by the purchaser unless a guide explicitly states otherwise. Not for resale, redistribution, or use as training data without permission.

This site and the guides it describes are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The prompt templates and scripts in each guide are starting points meant to be edited with your own facts, voice, and local requirements before use — not guaranteed outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Playbook Vault and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any guide purchased through it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
